Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your footwear, we're here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong size.
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the footwear must be:
- Unused
- Returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Free from damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or the wrong size, we'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@joinsundayclub.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund?
- Wrong size received or size exchange requested.
- Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, sole separation, glue defects, etc.).
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product damaged during transit.
What Does Not Qualify?
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents.
- Products showing excessive wear, stains, scratches, or alterations after use.
- Normal cosmetic variations in color due to screen settings.
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange pickup of the original product.
- After inspection, your replacement pair will be shipped.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size or opt for a refund.
A flat ₹100 processing fee will be applicable for every approved return or exchange request.
Refund Process
If a replacement is unavailable or you choose a refund (where applicable), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been initiated.
Return Shipping
For approved returns and exchanges, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund or charged at the time of processing the exchange.
