Return and Exchange

Our Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of socks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@joinsundayclub.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund?

  • Socks with manufacturing defects (holes, stitching issues, mismatched pairs, etc.)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit

What Does Not Qualify?

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer while ordering
  • Normal variations in color due to screen settings
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product
  • General wear and tear after use

Refund Process

Once your claim has been verified:

Replacement: We will ship a replacement free of charge.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement has been initiated.

Return Shipping

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover any return shipping costs and arrange pickup if required.Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria above cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a refund or exchange of the same product will be issued (subject to approval).
